WE LOOK FORWARD TO SPEAKING WITH YOU SOON!

You are all set with your Rollover/Transfer call meeting

In preparation for this call please have the following handy

  • Delivering Account Details (i.e. 401k Plan)

Account statement, account number (if you have one), and the address of record on your account. If you have online access to your account, it would be beneficial, although not quite necessary, to be logged in. If you haven’t already done this, please log in to the eMoney vault and upload a copy of your statement to the ‘Shared Documents’ folder so we can look at it together.

  • Employer Information

If you are rolling over a 401k from a previous employer, please have the employer’s name, contact information, and last date of employment ready.

  • Receiving Account Provider Information

This is where we come in, we’ll have ready your new account information: company name, contact information, and the type of retirement account (Traditional IRA or Roth IRA). Don’t worry about this item since we will be on the call with you and have this information at hand.

During the call, you can expect the following

  • Introduction and Verification

The representative will introduce themselves and verify your identity by asking for personal information.

  • The Representative will Ask Permission to Speak Freely With Us on the Line

  • Explanation of Rollover Process

The representative will explain the rollover process, including the steps involved, any paperwork required, and the timeline for completing the rollover.

  • Answering Questions

You can ask any questions you have about the rollover process, such as fees, investment options, or tax implications. The representative will provide guidance and address your concerns. You should expect to be asked if you’ve read the IRS “Special Tax Notice”, so you may want to review that before the call. Click here to view Fidelity’s version
